What is Yuzu Fruit?
Yuzu is an Japanese citrus fruit and the Yuzu plant has East Asian origin. Also known as “Citrus Junos”, the Yuzu fruit looks like a grapefruit or pomelo, but is completely different. The flesh of Yuzu fruit is tougher than a grapefruit or pomelo and therefore not preferred to be eaten raw. Yuzu is excitingly aromatic with its delicious juice and has bumps on the skin.
